Understanding Our Programmes

command control leadership is killing education

We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to Bernadette Kaye, Stephen Tierney and Wendy Casson for sharing some wise words and powerful insights into the Right to Succeed Programmes and how they work.

When time is tight and every minute is precious taking time out to support a partner is difficult. But that is exactly what three influential educators did for Right to Succeed recently. Their contributions have been invaluable to the Heads in Manchester who joined us to learn more about the power of collective impact and what it means to individual schools.

We thought we would share some snippets with you.

Here Bernie, a Senior Lead at South Shore Academy explains how Right to Succeed helped her develop her strategic focus.

Stephen Tierney is CEO of BEDC Multi Academy Trust and talks here about why working collectively paid off.

Lastly, Headteacher at Educational Diversity Wendy Casson talks here about the vital role programme management played in their time-pressured setting.

Right to Succeed believes no single organisation or charity can solve the issue of educational equality on their own, but that together we can. Find out more.
